At rolexwatchwomen.com, we are committed to delivering authentic luxury watches and excellent customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-day return window from delivery.
  • Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Resized, damaged, or altered watches are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  1. Contact us at [support@rolexwatchwomen.com] to request a Return Authorization (RA#).
  2. Return the item using insured, trackable shipping. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Authentication & Fraud Prevention

  • All returns are authenticated. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is found to be counterfeit or altered.
  • Any attempt to return fraudulent items will result in legal action.

4. Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping fees and a possible restocking fee).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, resized, or damaged watches.
  • Items returned without an RA# or after 30 days.
  • Final Sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.

Note: We only sell 100% authentic timepieces, and all items undergo thorough authentication. Fraudulent returns will not be accepted.
